At VAULT Carry, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders usually dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria, within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

All Australian orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

• Victoria: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Australia: 4–8 business days
• Remote and regional locations: Delivery may take longer

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $11 AUD
• Free standard shipping: Orders over $100 AUD
• Express shipping: $19.95

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after dispatch. Delays caused by Australia Post, severe weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
